Little Bay House sits on a sandy cove of Little Bay, just off Fleets Bay on Virginia's Chesapeake Bay. The wide water is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing small crafts. The long private beach is shaded by tall pines and our shore has a soft sand bottom that is swimmable for even the very young.  >>

When our family discovered Virginia’s Northern Neck we found a place with a seaside vibe, natural wooded beauty and small town charm. White Stone, Irvington and Kilmarnock are all within minutes of Little Bay House and all have unique central shopping streets with local merchants; bakeries and delis, burgers and donuts, boutiques and coffee shops. Little Bay house is located on Windmill Point on Virginia's Northern Neck. We are in a sheltered cove just off Fleets Bay and at the mouth of the Antipoison Creek (legend says it was named by Captain John Smith.) This long term beach rental location feels like an undiscovered part of the state.
